Another important feature of the Life Fitness X1 Go is its comfortable, even concentricity, for a feeling of natural movement. The X1 Go Cross Trainer's 50.8 cm long stride length makes for a pleasant, elliptical sequence of motions. The small distance between the foot plates (less than 5 cm) provides extra comfort while training. The foot plates on the X1 Go are also designed with ergonomics in mind: measuring 41 x 18 cm, they offer sufficient space, while the non-slip surface ensures a secure footing. In addition, the X1 Go wins points with its innovative WhisperStride technology: hardwearing ball bearings are used in the articulations, which guarantees that your run will be particularly quiet and joint-friendly. I am very happy with this purchase. The machine is stable, totally quiet, and friendly. Very good ergonomics for the legs and hands and the display provides all the info you need plus it has heart rate wireless and many programs in various levels so any user can find his personal training style. Highly recommended.

Sehr gut verarbeiteter Crosstrainer mit angenehm ruhigen und geschmeidigen Bewegungsablauf. Aufgrund der niedrigen Höhe für Einsatz im Keller geeignet. Bedienpanel enthält viele Funktionen, könnte aber beim manuellen Quickstart ohne Programme einfacher gestaltet sein.

Ich liebe dieses Ding. Wirklich großartig. Ich selber bin über 2m und es passt perfekt, ist also für jeden Nutzer geeignet. Ihr werdet sehr viel Spaß damit haben. Viel Erfolg:-)!

Der Crosstrainer wurde pünktlich geliefert und aufgebaut. Da das Gerät sehr schwer ist und falls man keine kräftigen Helfer zur Hand hat ist es sehr ratsam es zum Aufstellungsort liefern zu lassen. Das Gerät ist sehr stabil, der Bewegungsablauf sehr gelenkschonend und gleichmäßig. Die Bedienung ist logisch und gut dokumentiert (in Deutsch). Gut wäre eventuell ein Verzeichnis der Abkürzungen (nicht jeder ist ein Fitnesstrainer!). Das Display ist logisch aufgebaut, hat aber in der Ablesbarkeit (alphanumerische Zeichen) seine Schwächen. ... [Read more]

Die Lieferung Der Crosstrainer wurde mit der Spedition bis zu Haustür geliefert, so wie es angekündigt war. Das Paket ist wirklich beeindruckend groß. Ohne es auszupacken, war nicht daran zu denken es in die Wohung zu bekommen. Es wird auch nicht allein funktionieren – einen zweite Person braucht man schon für das Tragen. Der Aufbau Ist dann alles an Ort und Stelle, ist der Rest ein Klacks. Die Anleitung ist leicht verständlich und im Grunde kann man eigentlich nichts falsch montieren. Während der Montage kommt man ja auch nicht umhin, den Crosstrainer näher zu betrachten. Zwar tat ich das schon im Geschäft in Kassel, wo ich mich im Übrigen bestens beraten gefühlt habe, aber Zuhause sieht man alles noch einmal alles aus einem anderen Blickwinkel. Und ich kann sagen, dass immer noch von der Stabilät des Gerätes beeindruckt war. Mit meinen 193 cm und 126 Kg kann das Gerät locker umgehen. Und wenn es gut läuft, dann sind es in ein paar Monaten nur noch unter 100kg. Lautstärke Das Gerät steht im Wohnzimmer, weshalb die Lautstärke möglichst gering sein sollte, damit man anderen nicht in die Flucht schlägt. Kein Problem, der Crosstrainer ist so ausgesprochen leise, dass er wirklich kaum zu hören ist. Meine Frau kann ganz entspannt fernsehen. Die Bedienung Das System der Go-Konsole ist in der Bedienungsanleitung gut beschrieben. Jedoch sollte man sich auch wirklich die Zeit nehmen alles zu lesen um später auch alle Möglichkeiten nutzen zu können. Das Workout Es ist einfach eine runde Angelegenheit mit den Crosstrainer zu trainieren. Die Bewegung ist absolut gleichmäßig und es macht wirkich Spaß richtig Gas zu geben. Die Schrittlänge von 50 cm ist für mich mit 193 cm sehr gut. Die Nachteile Ja, die Nachteile suche ich noch. Die Maschine ist stabil, läuft rund und ist leise. Was kann man noch wollen? Und auch beim Preis würde ich nicht meckern wollen. Klar, ist es keine Kleinigkeit, aber wir wissen ja, das billig oft eben billig ist. Ich bereue nur, dass ich zu früh gekauft habe, weil nach 3 Wochen der Preis doch deutlich gesenkt wurde. Wie meine Frau schon immer sagt:"Wer zu früh kauft, den bestraft das Sonderangebot." Der Crosstrainer wurde wenige Tage nach Bestellung geliefert. Alles war sicher Verpackt, der Aufbau war mit ein wenig handwerklichen Geschick, nur Verschraubungen, gut möglich. Das Gerät macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und ist einfach zu bedienen.

Man entschuldige die Wortwahl, aber das Gerät ist einfach geil. Es wurde sehr schnell geliefert und war super verpackt. Der Aufbau war sehr einfach obwohl die Anleitung leider in Englisch war. Aber auf der Seite von Tiedje super schnell runter zu laden. Die Anleitung für das Display war auf deutsch und klasse beschrieben. Schon die Beratung im Laden in Hamburg war sehr ausführlich und hilfreich. Das Gerät läuft super leise und ruhig. Immer wieder gerne.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät und kenne kaum vergleichbares. Dieser Crosstrainer ist auch mit Gelenkproblemen trotzdem ein wirklich toller Crosstrainer und es macht echt Spaß damit zu trainieren.
