Semi-Automatic Filling Machines
Semi-automatic filling machines are ideal for small to medium scale production requirements.
Most of Universal’s semi-automatic filling machines require only a compressed air supply. Semi-automatic filling machines are suitable for filling almost any liquid, from free flowing fragrances and alcohols, through to viscous syrups and adhesives and even liquids containing particles such as food products.

Manual Filling Machines
Manual filling machines are ideal for small-scale production, startup enterprises and laboratory environments.
Built from the highest quality materials and to the same exacting standard as our semi-automatic and fully automatic filling machines, Handifill offers greater output speeds and accuracy than most alternative manual dispensing methods for free-flowing liquids through to medium viscosity creams and gels.
Fill volumes range from 5ml to 600ml and up to 15 cycles per minute can be expected. Hand-operated and requiring no power source; Handifill is ideal for use where neither compressed air or electricity is available. Machines can be specified with either directly-mounted hopper, or with a feed pipe to draw liquid from a separate container at floor level.
