Multi Ply Rubber Textile Conveyor Belts

The Multi Ply Rubber Textile Conveyor Belts are composed of three components: cloth cover, carcass cover and skim cloth. The rubber cover is a unique rubber compound suitable for different purposes, like abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, cold strength, acid resistance, fuel resistance and many others.

STRUCTURE

 

 

The multi-ply rubber textile conveyor belts we offer are made of our renowned multy-ply EP carcass (warp polyester + weft nylon). These rubber textile ocnveyor belts have as well a special rubber layer with excellent fabric adhesion properties (skimmed layer). The top layer of the conveyor belts is made of high abrasion resistant cover quality for heavy duty application or special quality of cover on request.

  • B - Pulley within a moderate range of max. permissible belt tensions and with arc of contact > 30°(tail pulley)
  • C - Pulley with arc of contacts
