Gas-Fired Mini Donut Machines - Our gas-fired mini donut machines have the same features as their electric counterparts, producing the same amount of great-tasting, high-profit mini-donuts. The only difference is in the heating method. These innovative machines utilize a modern "in-shot" style gas-jet technology that heats your oil to cooking temperature in just 30 minutes. This system is safer, more reliable and more efficient than open flame burners. Operating outdoors in a Minnesota-style winter? No problem for a gas-fired machine.

Did you know our gas machines are brand new? We've completely redesigned our gas machines to meet the latest Canadian gas standards, as well as the current ETL and NSF requirements. All machines manufactured after December of 2011 are classified as a GII model. Contact your sales advisor if you have any questions about regulatory codes.

Is it better to use gas or electric?

It depends on the situation where you are operating your equipment. All Lil' Orbits electric mini donut machines require a generator or a single dedicated circuit supplying 20 or 30 amps (depending on the model). A gas-fired machine can run portably off of a standard propane tank and a small amount of electricity to run the motors. You could use an outlet, a generator or a deep-cycle marine battery and power inverter. If you have more questions or need help with this decision, contact us and ask for a business advisor.

Turn your gas machine into an electric machine...

With the SS1200-C or
SS2400-C conversion kit, you can quickly convert your gas-fired mini donut maker into full electric power, allowing you to take advantage of locations where electricity is provided and indoor events where propane is not allowed.

Both kits include a fry tank and electric heating control head. Available in both 115 VAC, 60 Hz and 220 VAC, 60 Hz.
